The BCO offers assistance with the basic necessities of life: food, clothing, shelter, medicine, fuel, utilities and household furnishings. The BCO seeks to relieve the hardships of clients in crisis situations and to help those with long-term needs or chronic problems by referring them to other appropriate agencies where help is available. It does not discriminate with respect to age, race, religion, creed, or national origin. The BCO is a partner agency of Second Harvest Food Bank of Metrolina (SHFBM).
